Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder. Add an egg, flour, a tablespoon of vegetable or olive oil, chopped herbs, salt and ground pepper to the fish mass. Form small cutlets after wetting your hands. Roll each cutlet in flour or breadcrumbs. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program . Put cutlets in hot oil and fry on both sides until tender.
Tip:
Serve mashed potatoes as a side dish.
