Ingredients

  • Crab meat - 200 gr
  • Avocado - 1 pcs
  • Nori leaf - 5 pcs
  • Cucumbers - 1 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tbs
  • Caviar - 100 gr
  • Rice - 1 glass
  • Rice vinegar - 100 ml
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Cane sugar - 1 tbs
  • Salt - 10 gr
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger
  • Wasabi

1. Add vinegar, sugar, salt to the multicooker bowl and set the FRYING mode for 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, pour the sauce into a container.
2. Put the washed rice in the multicooker bowl, add water and set the "PLOV" mode . At the end of cooking, let it brew for 5 minutes.
3. Transfer the rice to a large flat plate and pour over the prepared sauce, mix gently, cool slightly.
4. On a bamboo mat, put half a sheet of nori, put rice on it and smooth over the entire surface. Add a tablespoon of caviar on top and smooth over the entire surface. Turn everything over.
5. Brush the other side of the nori leaf with mayonnaise, spread evenly over the surface of the crab meat and chopped avocado and cucumber. Roll up and cut into 6 pieces.
6. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi.
