Ingredients

  • Water - 0.75 glass
  • Saffron - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 0.25 pcs
  • Bulgarian red pepper - 0.5 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 tsp
  • White wine - 2.5 tbs
  • Seafood cocktail - 500 gr
  • Rice (round grain) - 300 gr
  • chicken broth - 3.5 glass
  • Olive oil - 10 tbs
  • Parsley pcs

Paella with seafood Directions

1. Finely chop the onion and parsley, pass the garlic through a press. Cut the pepper into 1x3 cm cubes.
2. Pour the olive oil into a multicooker saucepan.
3. Place all the ingredients in the order shown in the recipe in a multicooker saucepan.
4. Cook on Roast for 30 minutes.
5. Gently place the mussels and shrimp from the pan.

10. Cooking time under the lid is 30 minutes.
11. Add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil after cooking. Garnish with parsley.
• Seafood already contains some salt, so try paella before salting.
