Ingredients

  • Rice - 300 gr
  • Water - 600 ml
  • Bulgarian red pepper - 0.5 pcs

  • Soy sauce - 40 ml
  • Sesame oil - 15 ml
  • Olive oil - 30 ml

• Rinse the rice thoroughly. Place the rice in the inner bowl of the multicooker, add water. Close the cover.
• Press the MENU button , select the RICE / CEREALS or RICE mode. Press the START / OFF button.
• While the rice is cooking, chop the bell peppers and zucchini into small 1 cm cubes. Finely chop the onion.
• At the end of the program, transfer the rice to a separate bowl. Wash and wipe the inner bowl of the multicooker, pour in the olive oil. Add onion, zucchini and bell pepper. You do not need to close the lid.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "FRY" function , cooking time 25 minutes.
• Press the START / OFF button .
• Saute vegetables, stirring occasionally.
• Add eggs after 10 minutes. Wait a minute and stir. After a minute, add cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil to the bowl and mix thoroughly. At the end of the program, place the dish on plates, garnish with sesame seeds and chives. You can serve.
Tips
• Long grain rice is best for this dish.
• If you like al dente rice, use 300 ml of water.
• If you like lightly toasted vegetables, set the FRY cooking time to 15 minutes.
• Teriyaki sauce can be used in place of soy sauce to add flavor to the dish.
• Shrimp (or other seafood, if desired) can be added to the dish 5 minutes before the end of the program - this will give the dish a richer taste with an unusual combination of products.
