Preparation:
1. Wash the beans and cut into pieces 2-3 cm long.
2. Pour 1 liter of water into a bowl. Place the beans in the steaming tray, place the tray in the bowl. Close the lid and turn on the Vegetables / Steam setting for 20 minutes.
3. Grease the bottom of the bowl with vegetable oil. Lay out the cooked beans, pour over the beaten eggs. Season with salt, sprinkle with cheese.
4. Close the lid and turn on the "Multipovar" mode , set the temperature to 130 ° C for 15 minutes.
Tip:
You can use frozen beans for this dish. In this case, it should not be steamed beforehand, but must be defrosted and dried with a paper napkin.
