Ingredients

  • Veal (tenderloin) - 200 gr
  • Yogurt - 150 ml
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Capers - 10 gr
  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Thyme - 1 sprig
  • Rosemary - 1 sprig
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the veal, dry, cut across the fibers into medallions 1.5 cm thick. Chop the capers and garlic with a knife. Prepare the sauce: add capers, garlic, salt, spices to the yoghurt and stir. Pour oil into the bottom of the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, set the "Fry" program for 15 minutes, press the START button. After the countdown of the cooking time has started, put the medallions in the bowl and fry for 5 minutes on each side with the lid open. Then pour over the prepared sauce, add thyme and rosemary. Close the lid, do not close the valve, cook until the end of the program.
