• Wash and peel potatoes. Chop the meat and potatoes into 1.5 cm medium cubes. Finely chop the prunes. Pour oil into the bowl. Season the meat with salt and pepper and place it in the inner bowl. You do not need to close the lid of the multicooker. Press the MENU button, select FRY mode. Set the cooking time to 5 minutes.
• Press the START / OFF button . Fry the meat, stirring occasionally.
• At the end of the program, add potatoes, prunes, water, salt and pepper to taste into the bowl. You do not need to close the lid.
• Press the "MENU" button , select the "COOK" mode . Set the cooking time to 30 minutes.
• Set the cooking temperature to 100 ° C. Press the START / OFF button.
• Prepare food as desired, stirring occasionally.
• At the end of the program, place the food on the plates and serve.
Tips
• If your multicooker does not have MULTI COOK , use STEVER setting the cooking time to 35 minutes. The temperature for this mode is set by default.
• If you want to add a creamy taste to the dish, then 10 minutes before the end of the program, you can add 150 ml of 22% cream.
• You can also add 1/2 chopped chilli for a spicy flavor.
• Fresh red plums (350g) can be used instead of prunes in summer.
