Tips
• The more types of meat you put in the hodgepodge, the tastier the soup will be. Smoked meat can be absolutely anything: both smoked chicken and smoked bacon.
• Add less or more water depending on your preference for thickening soups. However, make sure that the total amount of food does not exceed the maximum ingredient mark on the inside of the bowl.
• Pickled cucumbers can be replaced with lightly salted ones.
• Olives can be green or black, whichever you prefer. Salted capers will add a special piquancy to the soup; they must be added at the same stage as the olives.
• This soup can be made fishy by replacing meat with fish (preferably smoked).
