Cabbage soup - recipe
Ingredients
- Beef - 150 gr
- White cabbage - 100 gr
- Potatoes - 60 gr
- Bulb onions - 30 gr
- Carrot - 40 gr
- Garlic - 3 gr
- Water - 600 ml
- Salt
- Spice

Rinse the meat, cut into cubes of 1.5-2 cm. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into 0.3 cm strips, finely chop the cabbage, cut the potatoes into 0.3x5 cm strips, chop the garlic with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add water, add salt, spices and mix. Close the lid. Using the Menu button, select the SOUP-STEWING program. Press the Set / Timer button, then press the Hour and Min buttons to set 1 hour. Press the Start / Heat button. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: Serve cabbage soup with sour cream, garnish with boiled eggs cut in half.
