- Chicken (breast) - 500 gr
- Pearl barley - 50 gr
- Lentils green - 100 gr
- Onion - 0.5 pcs
- Carrot - 1 pcs
- Olive oil - 2 tbs
- Water - 400 ml
- Spinach - 200 gr

1. Peel the chicken breast, separate from the koai and cut into small pieces.
2. Peel the onions and carrots and chop finely.
3. Finely chop the spinach.
