  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Cream - 100 ml
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Flour - 2 tbs
  • Egg (yolk) - 1 pcs

  • Salt

Preparation:
1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.
2. Pour milk, water into a bowl, put pumpkin, add salt and turn on the Milk porridge program for 30 minutes. Cook while stirring.
3. Remove the boiled pumpkin with a slotted spoon, cool slightly and chop in a blender. Strain the broth into a separate bowl.
4. Put 1 tbsp in a bowl. L. butter and turn on the program "Multipovar" , set the temperature to 100 ° C for 20 minutes. Fry flour in hot oil until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
5. Add pumpkin puree to the bowl, dilute with broth to the desired consistency. Bring to a boil, season with salt.
6. Wait for the soup to stop boiling. Pour in cream, yolk, mix and leave covered for another 5 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with parsley when serving. Serve with sour cream and white bread croutons.
