- Soy sauce - 5 tbs
- Olive oil - 2 tbs
- Thyme - 0.5 tsp
- Salt

1. Wash ribs, cut into separate bones.
2. Peel the onion into half rings.
3. Lay the ribs and onions in layers in the multicooker bowl. Salt and season with spices. Add soy sauce and oil. Mix everything. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
4. Stir again after 2 hours.
5. Switch on the program "STILL" for 4 hours.
6. Flip the ribs at the end of the 3rd hour.
7. At the end of the program, transfer to a plate and serve immediately with vegetables and herbs.
