  • Minced meat - 800 gr
  • Rice - 1 beaker
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (ground)

Combine the minced meat, raw rice, finely chopped onion, season with salt and pepper and add the egg. Mix well and shape into balls. Put them in a multicooker bowl, sprinkling each layer with grated carrots (there should be carrots on top). Place bay leaf and cover with water. Salt and cook on the STEWING mode for 1 hour.
