• Knead a dough of flour, butter, milk, yeast and 15 ml of vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly. Then cover with a towel and leave to rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
• Peel the onion and chop it finely. Mix onion with minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour 10 ml oil into the multicooker bowl, add minced meat.
• Press the MENU button , select the FRY mode .
• Press the START / OFF button and fry the minced meat, stirring occasionally.
• The lid of the multicooker does not need to be closed.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will go into heating mode. Spread out the filling and wash the multicooker bowl.
• Lubricate the inner bowl of the multicooker with vegetable oil.
• Divide the dough into two, roll one out and unfold along the bottom of the bowl.
• Lay out the filling and cover with the second part of the dough after having rolled it out. Secure the edges.
• Be sure to poke five holes in the cake with a toothpick to the depth of the dough so that the cake cooks evenly.
• Press the “MENU” button, select the “OVEN” mode , set the cooking time to 45 minutes.
• Set the cooking temperature to 160 ° C.
• Press the START / OFF button .
• At the end of the program, gently turning the inner bowl over, remove the cake, place on a plate with the bottom of the cake on top, cool for 15 minutes, cut and serve.
Tips
• Optionally, add 1 medium grated carrot and spices such as a pinch of nutmeg to your filling, if desired.
