Carbonade - recipe

Ingredients

  • Pork (chop) - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 5 clove
  • Black pepper (ground) pcs
  • Liquid smoke - 1 tbs
  • For brine: pcs
  • Salt - 1 tbs
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1 l

Carbonade Directions

Prepare brine: mix salt, sugar and water.
Rinse the meat, dry it, grate it with pepper and garlic, place in a brine and refrigerate for a day.
Remove the meat from the brine and place in a baking bag, add liquid smoke, close the bag tightly and wrap tightly with threads.
Place the meat in the bag in a steamer container. Cook on the Steam cooking program for 1 hour.
At the end of the program, remove the meat from the multicooker and cool without removing it from the bag.
Hint:
Store the finished chop in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
