Ingredients
- Beet - 500 gr
- Carrot - 250 gr
- Celery (root) - 150 gr
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs
- Sunflower oil - 30 gr
- Wheat flour - 2 tbs
- Salt - 5 gr
- Sugar - 10 gr
- Sour cream 20% - 250 gr

1. Cut the beets, carrots and celery into strips.
2. Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker pan and place the prepared ingredients from item 1, bay leaf, salt and granulated sugar.
3. Cook on EXTENDED for 1 hour.
4. Add flour, sour cream, stir and leave on Warm Up for 20 minutes.
5. Transfer the stewed beets to a salad bowl and serve.
