Pour 1.5 liters of water into the multicooker bowl. Put carrots and chopped onions on a steamer container. Close the lid, start the Steamer program. Transfer the prepared vegetables to a dish, add melted butter, caraway seeds, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
