Ingredients

  • Beef - 600 gr
  • Bulb onions - 2 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Prunes - 200 gr
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbs
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbs
  • Basil dry - 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs
  • Black pepper (peas) - 8 pcs
  • Salt - 1.5 tsp
  • Water - 100 ml

• Cut the onion into half rings, cut the carrots and meat into rectangular sticks no more than 1 cm thick. Rinse the prunes with cool water. Pour vegetable oil into the inner bowl of the multicooker, place the meat there.
• Press the MENU button , select the FRY mode , press the COOK TIME button and use the buttons "+" and "-" set the time to 30 minutes.
• Press the "START" button , do not close the lid of the multicooker.
• Fry the meat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Then add onions, carrots and tomato paste, stir everything, fry until the end of the program. At the end of the program, pour in water, add prunes and spices to taste.
• Press the MENU button, select EXTENDED , press the COOK TIME button and use the buttons "+" and "-" set the time to 30 minutes. Close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the START button.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will go into heating mode.
• Using the oven mitts, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker. Divide into bowls and serve.
Tips
• Beef stew with prunes can be served as an independent dish or in combination with simple side dishes: pasta, rice, buckwheat, mashed potatoes, etc.
• If desired, use tomatoes in their own juice instead of tomato paste, after grinding them with a blender (100-150 g).
• If you wish, you can increase the cooking time of the dish on the STEVER function Cooking time will depend on your taste preferences and the quality of the meat.
