Ingredients

  • Rabbit (carcass) - 0.5 pcs
  • Sour cream 20% - 150 gr
  • 4 Pepper Mill Mix pcs
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig
  • Salt - 5 gr

1. Rub half the rabbit with salt and pepper mixture. Brush with sour cream, put in a few rosemary needles and leave for half an hour.
2. Place the prepared rabbit carcass in a multicooker pan.
3. Cook with the lid closed, STEERE / STEAM , cooking time 1 hour.
4. After the sound signal, pierce the rabbit carcass with a fork. If the rabbit is tough, turn it over and FROY for 15 minutes.
5. Divide half of the rabbit into 3 servings, place on bowls and serve with a vegetable garnish.

4. After the beep, turn off the multicooker and release the pressure.
5. Turn the rabbit over and continue cooking in the same mode, cooking time 40 minutes, pressure 3.
6. After the beep, turn off the multicooker, release the pressure, remove the lid and transfer the rabbit to a dish.
7. Divide half of the rabbit into 3 servings.
8. Arrange hot rabbit slices on plates.
9. Serve with a side dish and vegetables.
