Ingredients

  • Mutton - 500 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 1 pcs
  • Hot chilli pepper - 1 pcs
  • Ghee butter - 1 tbs
  • Dried thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Lamb brisket with vegetables (buglama) Directions

1. Wash the meat and cut into large pieces, cut the onion into thin half rings, cut the tomato and hot pepper into thick slices.
2. Place the meat in the bowl and turn on the Stew / Meat setting for 2 hours.
3. Simmer meat without water and spices under the lid, stirring occasionally.
4. When the juice is almost completely evaporated, add the ghee, salt, pepper and thyme. Stir and continue braising for another 5 minutes.
5. Put onions, peppers and tomatoes on the meat, salt. Close the lid and continue braising until the end of the program (about 20-25 minutes), until the juice comes out of the vegetables. Stir once during this time.
6. When serving, pour over the resulting sauce.
TIP: As a side dish for a buglam it is good
