Ingredients

  • Lamb tongue - 10 pcs
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs
  • Cinnamon (stick) - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Lemon juice - 0.5 glass
  • Olive oil - 1 glass
  • Garlic - 8 clove
  • Salt - 2 tbs

Preparation:
Place the lamb tongues and two cups of water in the Minut'Cook and cook for 10 minutes on Browning . Dry the mutton tongues.
Place dried tongues, onions, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks and salt in the Minut'Cook. Refill with water and close the lid. Cook on High Pressure for 35 minutes.
Open the lid and drain the broth. Peel the lamb tongues while hot and cut them into slices. Place chopped lamb tongues on a plate, sprinkle with crushed garlic, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil, garnish with chopped parsley.
