Ingredients

  • Rabbit (carcass) - 1.5 kg
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 4 pcs
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pcs
  • chicken broth - 1 glass
  • Dry white wine - 0.5 glass
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Prunes - 150 gr
  • Salt pcs
  • Pepper pcs

Wash the rabbit, dry and cut into portions. Season with salt, pepper and fry in a multicooker using the Baking or Frying program. Add chopped onion and chopped garlic and continue to fry for another 5-10 minutes. Deactivate the Baking / Frying program . Pour wine and broth into a multicooker bowl and cook on the Stew program for 40-50 minutes. Cut the peeled tomatoes into cubes, pepper into strips and add to the meat with the prunes. Simmer for another hour (until the rabbit is ready).
