  • Water - 270 ml
  • Canned peeled tomatoes in their own juice - 400 gr
  • White wine - 100 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tbs
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Celery - 1 sprig
  • Salt

• Finely chop the onion and celery. Rub the carrots on a fine grater. Place the butter, onions, carrots, celery, and minced meat in a multicooker bowl.
• Tap the MENU button, select the FRY function.
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 13 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds, the multicooker will automatically enter the cooking mode.
• Saute the onions and carrots, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Then add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and juice, chopped garlic, spices, wine, stir and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.
• Add pasta and 1.5 scoops of water. Stir.
• Then tap the MENU button , select the EXTEND function .
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 30 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• At the end of cooking, place the pasta and sauce on plates, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
Tips
When preparing pasta, it is recommended to use the proportions indicated by the manufacturer on the packaging, as different types of pasta require their own ratio with liquid, as well as cooking duration depending on size and processing.

• Boil the pasta first. Pour water into the multicooker bowl. Press the "MENU" button , select the "BREW / STEAM" mode.
• Press the COOK TIME button and then use the + and - buttons to set the cooking time to 10 minutes.
• Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally.
• Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water - this will stop the pasta making process and will not overcook.
• Finely chop the onion and celery. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Place butter, onions, carrots, and celery in a multicooker bowl.
• Press the MENU button , select the FRY mode .
• Press the COOK TIME button and then use the + and - buttons to set the cooking time to 25 minutes.
• Press the "START" button the multicooker will automatically switch to cooking mode.
• Saute vegetables for 5 minutes, then add minced meat and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and juice, chopped garlic, spices, wine, stir and continue to fry until the end of the program.
• 3 minutes before the end of the program, place the boiled pasta in the bowl so that it absorbs the sauce and warms up. Put the finished pasta on plates, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
Tips
• When cooking pasta, pay attention to the cooking times indicated by the manufacturer on the packaging. To prepare this dish, cook the pasta 2 minutes less than the time indicated by the manufacturer - this way the pasta will be in the al dente state. And when added to the sauce, they will come to readiness.
• Minced meat can be used both pork and beef, or even better, a mixture - this way the taste will be brighter and the sauce will be juicier.
• Be sure to try the pasta at the end of cooking, as the pasta will absorb salt and may need to add salt to the dish.
