Ingredients
- Veal - 1 pcs
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Carnation - 2 pcs
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Carrot - 4 pcs
- Turnip - 2 pcs
- Celery (root) - 0.5 pcs

- Potatoes - 400 gr
- Cabbage - 100 gr

Veal leg stewed with vegetables Directions

Put in a container a leg of veal, a whole onion with clove buds inserted into it, a bunch of greens, carrots, turnips, leeks and celery. Salt. Fill completely with water. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Open the lid and add the halved potatoes and romanesco buds. Close the cover. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
This recipe is the basis for other stews with vegetables (beef, chicken, etc.).
