Lamb with dried apricots, stewed in tomato - recipe

- Lamb (fillet) - 600 gr
- Dried apricots - 200 gr
- Bulb onions - 500 gr
- Ghee butter - 4 tbs
- Tomato paste - 100 gr
- Broth or water - 250 gr
- Salt
- Pepper

Pre-soak apricots in water for 15-20 minutes. Pour oil into a multicooker bowl, put pieces of lamb and chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, close the lid, start the "Fry" program and select the "Vegetables" mode. At the end of the program, open the lid, add the tomato paste, apricots, pour over the broth, close the lid and start the Roasting program.
