  • Potatoes - 500 gr
  • White cabbage - 350 gr
  • Eggplant - 300 gr
  • Tomatoes - 150 gr
  • Carrot - 150 gr
  • Bulb onions - 100 gr

Cut potatoes, cabbage, eggplants and tomatoes into 2 cm cubes, carrots and onions into 1 cm cubes, chop the garlic with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, add water, add butter, garlic, salt, spices and mix. Close the cover and valve. Set the program STEW / COLD , cooking time 10 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
Tip:
the taste of the dish will be emphasized by Provencal herbs.
