Green beans with yoghurt sauce - recipe

- Green beans - 400 gr
- Water - 500 ml
- Salt
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- For the sauce:
- Yogurt - 250 gr
- Honey - 30 gr
- Mustard - 50 gr
- Salt
- Lemon juice - 20 ml
- Lemon zest - 0.5 tsp

1. For the sauce: mix all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Put the beans in a slow cooker, add water and set the STEAM VEGETABLES mode for 5 minutes.
3. Throw the beans in a colander, transfer to a container, add salt, oil and stir. Serve with yogurt sauce.
