Cut the beef and zucchini into cubes, bell pepper, onion, celery into half rings, cut the potatoes and cauliflower into slices, chop the garlic. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, salt, spices, mix, close the lid. Press the MENU button to set the mode "Braising" , press the TIMER button to set the cooking time to 3 hours. Press the START button. Cook until the end of the mode.
