- Parsley - 1 bundle

1. Wash the heart, pour cold water and leave for 3 hours, changing the water from time to time.
2. Boil water on the "SOUP" program. Wash the heart again, place in boiling water in a multicooker bowl. Install the program "EXTINGUISHING" for 2.5 hours. Add salt 30 minutes before the end of the EXTINGUISHING program .
3. At the end of the program, remove the heart from the multicooker bowl, put it in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Then remove and slice thinly across the fibers. Drain the broth.
4. Wash the tomatoes, chop very finely. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Place vegetables in a multicooker bowl, pour 1/2 cup water, add bay leaves and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Set the temperature in the program "MY RECIPE" to 100 С, time - 10 minutes.
5. At the end of the program "MY RECIPE" let stand for 30 minutes, then rub the contents of the bowl through a sieve. Cool down. Add cream and stir. Pour the sauce over the finished heart.
6. Rinse, peel and slice potatoes, carrots, onions and turnips. Chop the parsley root. In a multicooker bowl on the "FRY" program , heat the vegetable oil, put the vegetables and fry them for 6-7 minutes until half cooked.
7. Peel the pickles, cut them lengthwise into 3-4 pieces, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Rinse and chop the parsley. Place pickles, chopped parsley and cooked sauce in a bowl with fried vegetables. Season to taste, stir. Install the program "EXTINGUISHING" for 15-20 minutes

Peel pickled cucumbers, cut lengthwise into 3-4 pieces, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Rinse and chop the parsley.
Mix cucumbers and fried vegetables in a multicooker bowl with pieces of boiled heart in sauce. Season to taste, stir and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
