- Homemade mince - 250 gr
- Bulb onions - 80 gr
- Boiled egg - 50 gr
- Butter - 20 gr
- White bread - 20 gr
- Breadcrumbs - 20 gr
- Green onion - 20 gr
- Parsley - 10 gr
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Milk 2.5% - 10 ml
- Salt
- Spice

Soak the bread in cold water for 5 minutes and squeeze well. Add bread, milk, salt, spices to the minced meat and knead until smooth. Chop the parsley and green onions with a knife, grate the egg on a coarse grater, cut the onions into 0.5 cm cubes. Put butter in the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, set the Frying program for 10 minutes, press the button START. After the countdown of the cooking time has started, put the onion in the bowl. Cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Put the fried onions in a separate container, add the grated egg, herbs and mix. Form the minced meat in the form of flat cakes 1 cm thick, put the filling in the middle of each. Connect the edges of the cakes, form zrazy and roll in breadcrumbs. Pour oil into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, set the program "Frying" for 20 minutes, press the START button. After the countdown of the cooking time has started, put the zrazy in the bowl. Cook, turning occasionally until the end of the program.
