Ingredients

  • Turkey (breast) - 500 gr
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Peas (pod) - 150 gr
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Dry white wine - 3 tbs
  • Pineapples (canned) - 500 gr
  • Mint - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:
1. Cut the carrots into strips, cut the pea pods across.
2. Cut the turkey fillet into small slices, cut the pineapple into 1-1.5 cm cubes.
3. Fry the carrots in butter in the "Frying" mode for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
4. Open the lid, stirring occasionally, fry for another 2 minutes.
5. Add peas and fry for another 3 minutes.
6. Transfer vegetables to another bowl.
7. Put pieces of turkey in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and fry for 7 minutes on each side, pour in 0.5 multi-glasses of water, close the lid and cook in the Stew solute for 50 minutes.
8. Add pineapple pieces, mint, sugar and pour the syrup from the pineapple jar.
9. Continue braising with Browning and bring to a boil.
10. Add peas with carrots, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Preparation:

3. Put butter in a bowl and start the Browning program . Fry the carrots for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
4. Open the lid and fry for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add peas and fry everything together for another 3 minutes.
6. Place vegetables in a separate bowl.
7. Put pieces of turkey in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and fry for 7 minutes on each side. Then pour in 1/2 glass of water, close the lid and start the Stew program for 50 minutes.
8. At the end of the program, add the pineapple pieces, mint, sugar and syrup from the pineapple jar.
9. Start the Browning program and bring the food to a boil.
10. Add peas with carrots, stir, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
