Salt, pepper and fry the processed quail carcasses on all sides in a multicooker bowl in a little vegetable oil on the Baking or Frying program. Put the quails in another dish. Put finely chopped onion in a bowl and fry until soft. Add tomatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces. When the tomato juice has evaporated, add hot water and put the quail in the sauce. Deactivate the Baking / Frying program . Continue cooking the dish on the Stew program for 30-40 minutes.
