Cut the chicken into 6 pieces. Set the mode "frying" and fry in oil (do not brown). Season with salt and pepper.
Close the pan, set the mode "high pressure" , set the time: 10 minutes and leave to simmer.
Open the multicooker after letting the steam out and leave to cook in the "frying" mode with the lid open. Beat eggs well and mix with sour cream, Pour the mixture of sour cream and eggs into a saucepan and stir continuously, not boiling until the sour cream turns into an oily mass.
Lay out the chicken and pour the sauce over it.
