  • Scallops - 100 gr
  • Shrimp - 100 gr
  • Cheese - 50 gr
  • Egg - 4 pcs
  • Milk 3.5% - 8 tbs
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Butter - 10 gr
  • Besides: pcs
  • Fresh herbs - 5 sprig

1. Mix eggs with milk and salt with a mixer.
2. Place a lump of butter in a saucepan.
3. Select the OMLETTE function , cooking time - 20 minutes, melt the butter, place the scallops, shrimps, grated cheese and pour the egg mixture.
4. Transfer the finished omelet to a plate, garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs and serve.
