Ingredients
- Beef liver - 500 gr
- Milk - 100 gr
- Onion - 100 gr
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
- Sour cream - 1 tbs
- Mustard - 0.5 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper

COOKING METHOD
1. Rinse the liver, clear of bile ducts and films.
2. Cut the onion into rings.
3. Open the lid and turn the handle to the CLOSED position (fry with the lid open). Use the "LEFT / RIGHT" buttons to select the "Frying" program , set the time to 10 minutes and the 3rd temperature level .. Press the "START" button .
4. Fry the liver and onions from all sides.
5. Add sour cream, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix everything.
6.Select the "RIGHT / LEFT" buttons the program "MULTI-COOK" , set the time to 20 minutes and the temperature to 100 degrees. Press the "START" button .
