  • Rabbit - 1.5 kg
  • Carrot - 3 pcs
  • Champignons - 10 pcs
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs
  • Rosemary - 2 gr
  • Thyme - 1 gr
  • Mustard - 4 tbs
  • Walnuts - 40 gr
  • Butter - 20 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
  • Bay leaf - 1 pcs
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Cream 20% - 400 gr
  • Salt
  • Pepper

• Wash vegetables. Cut the carrots into 1 cm thick circles, cut the mushrooms in half or into thirds, finely chop the onion. Rinse the rabbit, dry and cut into large portions. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add butter, put the rabbit pieces.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "FRY" function (default cooking time is 15 minutes). Click the START button.
• The lid of the multicooker does not need to be closed. Fry the rabbit, turning occasionally for 10 minutes. Then transfer the rabbit to a separate bowl. Add the onion to the bowl where the rabbit was fried, cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally.
• At the end of the program, combine the cream and mustard in a separate bowl. Add fried rabbit pieces to the onion, pour in the mustard mixture. Add walnuts, mushrooms, carrots, bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, water. Close the cover.
• Press the MENU button, select EXTENDED , then press the COOKING TIME button and use the "+" and "-" set the time to 30 minutes. Click the START button.
• At the end of the program, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker, place the rabbit on the plates and serve.
• If you wish, you can increase the cooking time of the dish on the STEVER function The cooking time will depend on your taste preferences and the quality of the rabbit meat.
