Finely chop the fillet. Pepper to clear of seeds, cut into cubes. Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program or "Baking" and fry the fillets for a few minutes. Add carrots, peppers, onions and fry, stirring occasionally. Put canned corn on the vegetables, pour over the sour cream mixed with the egg, sprinkle with cheese and bake on the Baking program for 30-40 minutes.
