Ingredients

  • Pork ribs (smoked) - 1000 gr
  • Garlic (cloves) - 3 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pcs
  • Black pepper (ground) tsp
  • Liquid smoke - 50 ml
  • Greenery - 1 bundle
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbs
  • Hot chilli pepper pcs
  • Salt
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs

COOKING METHOD: Cut ribs in portions. Chop the onion, cut the pepper into half rings. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Chop the garlic and herbs. Marinate the ribs in a separate bowl, adding salt, pepper, onions, garlic, tomatoes, soy sauce and liquid smoke. Leave on for 1 hour. Open the lid and turn the handle to the CLOSED position (fry with the lid open). Press the buttons "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "DRY" , set the time 5 minutes and the 3rd temperature level. Press the "START" button . Fry the ribs. Add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix. Press the buttons "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "EXTINGUISHING" . Press the "START" button .
