- Beans (canned) - 100 gr

Spaghetti with beans and vegetables Directions

Boil beans (any kind).
Using a blender, chop onions, carrots, eggplant, seedless tomatoes, add salt, sugar and spices and simmer in vegetable oil on the Stew program until tender (20-25 minutes).
Add beans and heat for 5 minutes.
Place the stewed vegetables on a platter.
Pour water into the multicooker bowl and select the Pasta program. After boiling, add salt to the water, add the spaghetti, stir and cook for the programmed time.
Put the spaghetti in a colander, put on a platter and add the vegetable paste with beans.
