Ingredients

  • Beef (tenderloin) - 600 gr
  • Meat broth - 1.5 glass
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Ghee butter - 2 tbs
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs
  • Pickles - 2 pcs
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbs
  • Bay leaf pcs

Preparation:
1. Wash the meat, remove the films, cut into 2 cm slices.
2. Beat off each slice and cut across the fibers into cubes, lightly salt and sprinkle with the pepper mixture.
3. Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes. Cut the potatoes into slices.
4. Put butter in a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 20 minutes. When the oil is well heated, fry the beef in small portions so that it does not let the juice flow. Put the fried meat on a plate.
5. Fry the onion with the last portion of meat. Then put all the meat back into the bowl, add the tomato paste, pour in the broth, stir.
6. Close the lid and turn on the Simmer program for 40 minutes.
7. When the program ends, add pickles, potatoes and bay leaves, stir, close the lid and start the Multi-cook program, select the Pressure setting (115 ° C, high) , set the time to 30 minutes. Sprinkle the ready-made basics with parsley and cilantro.
Note:
Azu is a traditional Tatar dish that can be cooked with beef or lamb.
