  • Minced lamb - 500 gr
  • Rice (long grain) - 100 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Cilantro sprig
  • Dill tbs
  • Ginger (dried)
  • Black pepper (ground) tsp
  • Salt

Preparation:
Rinse the rice, add cold water and leave for half an hour. Then drain the water, mix the rice with minced meat and finely chopped onion. Add spices and salt. Pour boiling water over the grape leaves, put the filling on each leaf and roll the leaves with a sausage so that they do not open during cooking. Put dolma in a circle in a multicooker bowl and turn on the Stew program for 50 minutes.
