• Wash the rabbit meat and cut into 3x5 cm pieces. Place the meat in the inner bowl of the multicooker, add water and soy sauce. Stir and close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the "MENU" button , select the "COOK" mode . Press the COOKING TIME button, use the + and - buttons to set the time to 1 hour. Press the TEMP. button with the + and - buttons set the temperature to 140 ° C.
• Press the START button.
• While the rabbit is stewing, wash the vegetables. Cut the carrots, bell peppers and celery into cubes (easy to do with a hand blender with a special attachment), cut the onion into half rings. After 30 minutes, open the lid, add vegetables, cream, sour cream, salt, pepper and whole figs to the meat. Close the lid and continue cooking.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will go into heating mode.
• Using oven mitts, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker, place the dish on the plates and serve.
Tips
• You can replace soy sauce with Teriyaki sauce or salt.
• You can add potatoes to vegetables, then the dish will be more satisfying.
• Add broccoli and cauliflower divided into small florets (for the specified amount of ingredients, 100 g of each cabbage), as well as dried figs (3 pcs.) To diversify the taste of the dish. Put them in the multicooker bowl along with the rest of the vegetables, sour cream and cream.
• If you come across tough rabbit meat, increase the cooking time by 15-20 minutes.
• To taste, instead of figs, you can add dried apricots or not add dried fruits at all.
