Ingredients

  • Pork - 600 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Bulgarian red pepper - 1 pcs
  • Leek - 1 pcs
  • Rice - 2 beaker
  • Garlic (cloves) - 2 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 0.5 beaker
  • Meat broth - 1000 ml
  • Ground paprika - 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbs
  • Parsley - 2 tbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Serbian pork rice Directions

VT-4201

Preparation:
1. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into large cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely.
2. Heat half of the vegetable oil in the Meat mode, fry the meat with vegetables for 5–7 minutes, turn off the mode.
3. Add paprika and tomato paste to the bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in the broth and simmer in the "Congee" mode for about 20 minutes.
4. Wash the pepper, remove seeds and partitions, cut into strips. Wash the leeks well, peel, cut into rings. Rinse the rice and discard in a colander.
5. Mix the pepper and leeks in a bowl, add a little salt, add the remaining oil, mix again.
6. Place vegetables and rice in a bowl of meat and cook on Congee for 25 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.

VT-4203

Preparation:
1. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into large cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely.
2. Heat half of the vegetable oil in the "Low volume" mode , fry the meat with vegetables on fire for 5-7 minutes, turn off the mode.
3. Add paprika and tomato paste to the bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in the broth and simmer in the Simmer mode for about 1 hour.
4. Wash the pepper, remove seeds and partitions, cut into strips. Wash the leeks well, peel, cut into rings. Rinse the rice and discard in a colander.
5. Mix the pepper and leeks in a bowl, add a little salt, add the remaining oil, mix again.
6. Place vegetables and rice in a bowl of meat and continue cooking until the end of the setting.
7. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.

Preparation:
1. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into large cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely.
2. Heat half of the vegetable oil in the "Frying" mode , fry the meat with vegetables for 4–5 minutes, turn off the mode.
3. Add paprika and tomato paste to the bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in the broth and simmer on Stew for about 20 minutes.
4. Wash the pepper, remove seeds and partitions, cut into strips. Wash the leeks well, peel, cut into rings. Rinse the rice and discard in a colander.
5. Mix the pepper and leeks in a bowl, add a little salt, add the remaining oil, mix again.
6. Place vegetables and rice in a bowl of meat and cook on Loose rice for 25 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.

Preparation:

2. Pour half the vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the Browning program. Fry the meat with vegetables in well-heated oil for 4-5 minutes. Switch off.
3. Add paprika and tomato paste to the bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in the meat broth and start the Stew program for 25 minutes.
4. Wash the pepper, remove seeds and partitions, cut into strips. Wash the leeks, peel, cut into rings. Rinse the rice and discard in a colander.
5. Mix pepper and leeks in a bowl, add a little salt, add the remaining oil, mix well.
6. Place vegetables and rice in a bowl, stir with meat and turn on the Rice program for 25 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
