Pork with prunes - recipe
Ingredients
- Pork - 500 gr
- Prunes - 70 gr
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Salt
- Pepper

Pork with prunes Directions

Preparation:
1. Cut the pork into 2x2 cm pieces. Cut the onion into half rings. Rinse the prunes.
2. Salt pork, put in a bowl, sprinkle with onions. Close the lid and turn on the Pork / Simmer mode for 2 hours.
3. When the meat gives juice, stir.
4. After an hour, add prunes and pepper. Stir and cook until the end of the program.
5. Sprinkle with parsley when serving.
Tip:
Serve with a vegetable side dish such as potatoes (see Recipe “Country Style Potatoes”).
