Ingredients

  • Beef (heart) - 500 gr
  • Flour - 1 tbs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Tomato puree - 2 tbs
  • Vinegar - 2 tbs
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 2 tbs

Wash the heart, dry it on a napkin, cut into small pieces, salt and fry in a multicooker bowl in a small amount of vegetable oil on the "Baking" or "Fry" program.
Before by the end of frying, sprinkle the pieces of heart with flour, fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Deactivate the Baking / Frying program .
Add 2-2.5 cups of broth or water to the meat and cook on the Stew program for 2.5-3 hours.
Separately, lightly fry finely chopped onions in a frying pan with heated oil, add tomato puree, vinegar, sugar, bay leaf, boil and pour into a saucepan 20-30 minutes before stewing ends, add salt.
Tip:
You can serve buckwheat porridge, boiled rice, pasta, fried or boiled potatoes as a side dish.
