  • Bulb onions - 500 gr
  • Carrot - 150 gr
  • Plums (sour) - 100 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 100 gr
  • Tomato paste - 75 gr
  • Garlic - 20 gr
  • Dill - 20 gr
  • Salt
  • Bay leaf
  • Pepper
  • Broth or water - 1 glass

Pour oil into a multicooker bowl, add pieces of beef, chopped vegetables and tomato paste. Pour everything with broth, add salt, bay leaf and black pepper. Close the lid, start the "Extinguishing" program for 40 minutes.
Chop the plums and garlic in a blender, pour the mixture into the finished dish.

Pour oil into a multicooker bowl, add pieces of beef, chopped vegetables and tomato paste. Pour everything with broth, add salt, bay leaf and black pepper. Close the lid, start the Extinguishing program at low pressure. Chop the plums and garlic in a blender, pour the mixture into the finished dish.
