Ingredients

  • Beef liver - 400 gr
  • Dry white wine - 0.5 beaker
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Garlic (cloves) - 3 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbs
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 tbs
  • Caraway - 0.5 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
  • Greenery - 1 tbs
  • Red pepper (ground) tsp
  • Salt tsp

Beef liver in white wine Directions

VT-4201

Preparation:
1. Clean the liver from yellow ducts and film, cut into cubes.
2. Heat the bowl on Meat mode and fry the liver in 2 tbsp. L. heated oil 5 minutes.
3. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl.
4. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop.
5. Pour the remaining oil into a bowl and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle vegetables with cumin, cinnamon, paprika and salt.
7. Pour in 1 multi-glass of hot water, wine, bring to a boil in the same mode and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
8. Put the liver in the sauce, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and herbs.
9. Close the lid and cook in the same mode without closing the lid for another 10-15 minutes.

VT-4203

Preparation:
1. Clean the liver from yellow ducts and film, cut into cubes.
2. Preheat the bowl in Express mode and fry the liver in 2 tbsp. L. heated oil 5 minutes.
3. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl.
4. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop.
5. Pour the remaining oil into a bowl and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle vegetables with cumin, cinnamon, paprika and salt.
7. Pour in 1 multi-glass of hot water, wine, bring to a boil in the same mode and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
8. Put the liver in the sauce, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and herbs.
9. Close the lid and leave in the "Warming" mode without closing the lid for another 10-15 minutes.

VT-4204

Preparation:
1. Clean the liver from yellow ducts and film, cut into cubes.
2. Preheat the bowl on Browning and brown the liver in 2 tbsp. L. heated oil 5 minutes.
3. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl.
4. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop.
5. Pour the remaining oil into a bowl and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle vegetables with cumin, cinnamon, paprika and salt.
7. Pour in 1 multi-glass hot water, wine, bring to a boil on Browning and cook for 3-4 minutes.
8. Put the liver in the sauce, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and herbs.
9. Close the lid and cook on Stew for 40 minutes.

VT-4214,VT-4213

Preparation:
1. Clean the liver from ducts and film, cut into cubes.
2. Pour 2 tbsp into a bowl. L. vegetable oil and turn on the program "Browning" . Fry the liver in well-heated oil for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, transfer to a separate bowl.
3. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Add another 1 tbsp to the bowl. L. vegetable oil and fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, cinnamon, red pepper and salt.
5. Pour into a bowl 1 multi-glass of hot water, wine, bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
6. Put the liver in a bowl, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and herbs.
7. Close the lid and turn on the Extinguishing program for 40 minutes.
