  • Ground beef - 250 gr
  • Starch - 1 tbs
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Soy sauce - 0.33 tsp

1. Mix all ingredients and knead thoroughly (it is better to use a blender for this purpose).
2. Form round meatballs the size of a walnut, place half of the meatballs in the steaming tray.
3. Pour 1 liter of water into the bowl, insert the tray, close the lid and turn on the "Steam / meat" function for 30 minutes.
4. Serve with a vegetable side dish.
TIP:
Finished balls can be cooled and frozen, and then used in soups. The soup with ready-made balls is cooked very quickly and turns out to be aromatic and tasty. If you plan on using the balls in this way, then reduce the steaming time by 10 minutes. Before boiling, the balls must be defrosted and cut crosswise so that they "open" in the soup and the dish will look very attractive.
