Ingredients
- Beef (brisket) - 1.2 kg
- Onion - 3 pcs
- Carrot - 2 pcs
- Chilli - 0.5 pcs
- Allspice (peas) - 10 pcs
- Carnation - 2 pcs
- Dry white wine - 150 ml
- Bay leaf pcs
- Salt pcs

Cut all the vegetables into strips, grind the spices (except for the bay leaf). Remove excess fat from the brisket. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Lay out a layer of onions, then a layer of brisket, then carrots. Season each layer with salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices and finely chopped chili. Pour in water or white wine. Cook on the Stew program for 5-6 hours.
