Lamb pilaf - recipe
Ingredients
- Lamb (on the bone) - 250 gr
- Rice (long grain) - 250 gr
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbs
- Carrot - 250 gr
- Bulb onions - 3 pcs
- Raisins - 50 gr
- Garlic - 2 pcs
- Water - 250 ml
- Zira (Kumin) - 1 tbs
- Chickpea - 100 gr
- Salt
- Pepper
- Condiments

1. Pre-soak chickpeas overnight, and raisins and rice for half an hour before cooking.
2. Cut the carrots into cubes, the onions into half rings, the lamb into pieces.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a slow cooker, add onions, carrots and meat, set the mode "BAKING / FRYING" for 20 minutes.
4. After the end of the mode, add the rest of the ingredients, add water. Set the mode "PLOV" .
